Snow settles on the Danube banks, quiet and unhurried. Cold air, slow water, a palette pulled from memory rather than weather. Shot with a Leica, finished gently in DxO PhotoLab with a Fuji ASTIA 100 mood, because winter does not shout, it whispers. Sometimes the scene does all the talking. ❄️📷

Blue hour lessons, Venetian edition. We waited, talked less, watched the light change, then clicked once. A Leica, a quiet archway, chairs still asleep, gondolas breathing slowly. Workshops are not about chasing spots. They are about recognising when the city is ready for you. Venice always whispers first. 📷✨

Snow falling thick and quiet, the kind that slows everything down. A Leica in my hands, breath turning white, fingers numb but steady. Somewhere on the Slovenia–Hungary border, where fences blur, roads end, and silence takes over. This is not about romance alone. It’s about being present when the world strips itself to essentials. Cold, grain, patience, and that brief moment when you know the photograph is already there, waiting for you. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about time. New calendars, old calendars, clocks telling us to keep running. Even in winter. But the body knows better. This is the season to slow, to rest, to recharge, to reflect. Forget the clock for a moment. Listen to your own rhythm. Winter already has.
